    Hello,

I was in contact some months ago before your website was up and was encouraged to submit when the time came. This is the Trailer for “The Healing of Heather Garden”, documenting one woman’s journey from permanent disability, with progressive multiple sclerosis, back to full health. The documentary has been endorsed by MD’s and other medical people, including researcher, MD Terry Wahls. LEt me know how and when to enter. Trailer : http://vimeo.com/55391448
The film just won an award for “Best Documentary Short” at Los Angeles FirstGlance festival, and “Special Jury Award” at Canada International Film Festival in Vancouver, but I am keep to now get into health related festivals.

    Hi,

I am interested in submitting our documentary of the History and Cultural impact of Tobacco in Arnhem Land. We have worked together with Yolngu Aboriginal Tobacco Workers and community members to highlight the tobacco problem and what Yolngu are doing about it in a remote region called Arnhem Land.

We are an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation called Miwatj Health Aboriginal Corporation and we have the ‘new’ Tobacco Story of Arnhem Land, a story that has never been told before.

Please let me know if I can still make a submission.

    Hi,

After constantly facing the question ‘so what is public health exactly?’ as Public Health moved into Local Authorities, a group of PH Registrars in Wessex commissioned this animation entitled ‘What is Public Health?’:

It is about 3 minutes long, and might be a good trailer to show before a feature length film at the 2014 festival.

    Thanks and best wishes,

    Hello,

I made a 5-minute film on mental illness and stigma called “Sewer Rats”.

I’ve been struggling to get it used or seen by a wider audience.

Please let me know if you can help me use this film to spread its message.

    Kind regards,
    Malcolm
